By far the best Starbucks in the area. Great staff, clean store, consistently accurate with orders. Truly a team willing to go the extra mile for their customers. My mom means the world to me and they treat her like royalty, so when someone asks which starbucks to go to (this or the other on Germantown Pike across from Shoprite) my answer is always this one.

The barista on register this weekend needs lots of training!!!!!! She didn't know how to redeem my birthday reward, which was so annoying. I just received it at 12am and she just kept saying can't use it until your bday. The SBUX app on my phone, says it's available and it expires on the 28th. She got everyone's order wrong. Her manager came behind the counter eating with food in his hand. He was talking with a mouth full of food and started scolding her for taking food from the back because it was for the next business day. Overall customer service sucked so BAD. The manager on duty made it worse. I'll just wait till my weekday crew is back in effect:/

This starbucks is at a busy intersection and the parking lot always seems to be full or almost full when I come here. Despite the limited parking, I really like this one. It's a starbucks so you're basically going to get a standard as far as food and beverages go, but I have to say I had a really great customer service experience there yesterday. The girl taking my order was incredibly friendly and very cheerful. The girl making my drink even started a brief conversation with me while she was making my drink. They always ask for your name when they're busy so they can keep track of drinks, but they weren't busy and asked for mine anyway and then called me by it through the experience. I hit this place on my way to baltimore sometimes, so although it's a mile and a half off of 95, I don't mind the extra time it takes to get here if I get friendly service

Wow, this is not a great Starbucks! It's location is what it is (forget it if you're heading west on Germantown Pike -- this is for the eastbounders only). The bathroom seemed old and kind of dirty, which is unusual for a Starbucks and the store seemed a little crummy as well. It wasn't terrible -- they made my drink just fine, but it just wasn't as nice as their stores usually are. I guess I go to Starbucks with a certain expectation of their standard and this store does not seem to meet it.

This Starbucks is conveniently located right before you hop onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Plymouth Meeting. Parking's easy. Their staff were friendly and fast, making it easy for us to pick up a caffeinated beverage before heading on a long long long drive. Like many regular Starbucks, there's seating and a restroom for customers. If you HATE Starbucks, why are you reading this? If you LIKE Starbucks, this one is just like the others except folks don't seem to hang out here - it's mostly drivers who need a fix for their commute.
